Back into the Woods is the sixth studio release from English singer/songwriter Ed Harcourt. He took a month-long hiatus to write the album, and recorded it in just six hours. The songs are mostly accompanied by sparse instrumentation in what feels like an intimate and secluded setting. Harcourt was forced to search for a new label for this album, and eventually, CCCLX Music agreed to release it.
